Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping & handling charges are based on the amount you order. The shipping charges are based on a standard ground shipment via UPS to a single address. Express delivery is available for an additional charge. The shipping charges will be calculated as follows:
Up to $240 purchase: flat rate $7.90.
Above $240 purchase: free shipping.
RETURNS:
All Items are custom embroidered or printed when you order. To ensure you are getting the correct size clothing, please check size charts carefully before placing your order. If you need to return an item or items please call 1-(800) 410-0200 to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives. ALL returns must be authorized by Emblemax. We are unable to accept any returns without an RA# which will be given to you when you call.
Please note, if the product has been used, worn or washed, it cannot be returned. Hats cannot be returned, so please check size charts carefully before ordering.
